Sections 1006 - 10 07 --10 08 R.-2 Residence District - <br />R -3 Residence District <br />R -4 Residence District <br />with its. accessory buildings, shall occupy in. excess of thirty -five (35) per cent of <br />the area of an interior lot not forty (40) per cent of a corner lot. <br />(4) Setback Requirements.. <br />(a) Setback from front lot line or highway right of way shall.conform to the re- <br />quirements of Section 10.17, <br />(5) Side Yard Requirements - <br />(a) The minimum width of.any side yard shall be ten (10) feet. <br />(6) Rear Yard Requirements,. <br />(a.) The minimum depth of any rear yard shall be thirty-five (35) feet. <br />10.07.R-,3 RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br />(1) Uses Permitted, <br />(a) All uses permitted in the R-1 Residence District. <br />(2) Building Height Limit: <br />(a) The height limitation shall be the sane as for the R -1 Residence District, <br />(3) Area, Frontage and Population Density Regulations. <br />(a) The minimum lot or building site area shall be eight thousand (8,000) square <br />feet and the minimum -lot width sixty (60) feet, No building, together with its-access- <br />ory buildings, shall occupy in excess of thirty five (35) per cent of the area of an <br />interior lot or forty (40) per cent of a corner lot. <br />(4) Setback Requirements= <br />(a) Setback from front lot line or highway right of way shall conform to the pro- <br />visions of Section 10.170 <br />(5) Side Yard Requirements. <br />(a) The minimum width of any side yard-shall be ten (10) feet. <br />(6) Rear Yard Requirements. <br />(a) The minimum depth of any rear yard -shall be twenty- -five (25) feet. <br />10.03 R -4 RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br />(1) Uses Permitted. <br />(a) All uses permitted -in the R--1 Residence District, <br />(b) Multiple family dwellings. <br />(2) Building Height Limit <br />(a) The height limitation shall be the same as for the R• -1 Residence District. <br />(3) Area, Frontage and Population Density Regulations, <br />(a) The minimum lot or building sine area shall be seven thousand two hundred <br />(7,200) square feet and the minimum lot width shall be sixty (60) feet; provided, <br />however, that for multiple family dwellings the minimum area shall�be three thousand <br />(3,000) square feet per family, <br />-66- <br />
