" Off-- Street Parkin g Sections 10. 18 - 10e 19 <br />Tourist and Trailer Camps 10.20 <br />Junk or Salvage Yards <br />(b) Multiple: family dwellings shall provide one off street parking space for each <br />family for which accomodations are provided in the building. <br />(c) Establishments offering curb service or service.to customers who_remain in the <br />vehicle, shall provide adequate.space to accomodate all vehicles to be so serviced. <br />(d) Retail or local business places, banks, offices and professional offices and <br />personal service shops shall provide onep arking space for each three hundred (300) <br />square feet of ground floor space, plus one.parking space for each five hundred (500) <br />square feet of upper floor area. <br />(e) Buildings combining business :and residential uses shall provide one parking <br />space for each three hundred'(300) square feet of area devoted to business use, plus <br />one parking space for each family for which accomodations are provided. <br />(f) Zhe�,iters, churches, auditoriums, lodges or fraternity halls and similar places <br />of public. assemblage shall provide one parking space for each seven (7) seats. Outdoor <br />theaters shall provide sufficient off - street space for overflow parking. <br />(g) Hotels, lodging houses and dormitories shall provide one, parking space for each <br />three (3) guest rooms. <br />(h) Restaurants, taverns and the like, except curb service establishments, shall <br />provide one parking space for each fifty (50) square feet of floor space devoted to <br />the use of patrons. <br />(i) Funeral parlors and mortuaries shall provide one.p arking space for each fifty <br />(50) square feet of floor space devoted to parlors. <br />(j) Bowling alleys shall provide five (5) parking spaces for each alley. <br />(k) Garages and service stations shall provide adequate parking space for vehicles <br />waiting to.be serviced or repaired. <br />10.19 TOURIST AND TRAILER CAMPS <br />(1) Boundaries and Area, <br />(a) The boundaries of a tourist or trailer camp shall be clearly defined. The min- <br />imum unit area for each trailer qr cabin unit shall be one thousand (1,000) square <br />feet. the area occupied by a service building, or other accessory building, shall not <br />be construed as reducing the total camp area whwn computing the number of units per- <br />mitted. <br />(2) Location of Buildings and Trailers. <br />(a) The minimum distance between trailers or cabins or between such units and the <br />side or rear lot line of the camp area shall be ten (10) feet and no such building or <br />trailer shall be located within the setback area. Trailers shall be so parked as to <br />provide ready exit from-the camp without disturbing other units. <br />(3) Health and Sanitary Regulations. <br />(a) All tourist and trailer camps shall comply fully with the State Board of Health <br />regulations cobering registrations, water supply, toilets, laundry and bathing facil- <br />ities and disposal of waste. <br />10.20 JUNK OR SALVAGE YARDS <br />(1) Use., <br />(a) For the purposes of this ordinance any premises or buildings used for, or in <br />connection with;the buying, selling, gathering, delivering, storing or shipping of old <br />-79- <br />
