(43) Trailer Camp: An area or premises on which is provided space
<br />for the temporary accommodation of trailers for tourists, together with
<br />necessary accessory buildings, but not for permanent occupancy.
<br />(44) Yard: A space on a lot on which a building is situated, unoccupied
<br />except as otherwise provided in this ordinance, open and unobstructed
<br />from the ground to the sky.
<br />(45) Yard, Front: A yard extending across the front of the lot between
<br />the inner side yard lines and measured between the front line of the lot and
<br />the front line of the building.
<br />(46) Yard, Rear: An open space, unoccupied except by accessory
<br />buildings, extending from the rear line of the main building to the rear
<br />lot line for the entire width of the lot. On lake shore or eater front lots,
<br />the water front end of the lot shall be deemed the rear end of the lot
<br />for the purpose of computing rear yards required by this ordinance.
<br />(47) Yard, Side: A yard or open space on each side of the main
<br />building extend ;ng from the side wall of the building to the side lot lines
<br />and from the front lot line to the rear yard.
<br />Section 3. Sections II and XII of the ordinance of July 20, 1938, the
<br />title of which is recited in the title to this ordinance, are hereby repealed.
<br />Section 4. Two (2) new sections of the ordinance hereinabove en-
<br />titled Chapter 10, Dane County Ordinances, are created, to be known as
<br />Sections 10.02 and 10.03 to read as follows:
<br />10.02 DISTRICTS.
<br />(1) Creation: For the propose of promoting the public health. safety
<br />and general welfare, by regulating, restricting and determining the location
<br />of trades and industr;es. and the location, height, bulk and number of
<br />stories, the size of buildings, and other structures, and percentage of lot
<br />-,vh,'ch may be occupied, the size of yards, and other open spaces, the den-
<br />sity and distribution of population, the location of buildings designed for
<br />specific purnoses, and of establishing districts of such number, shape and
<br />area as are best suited to carry out the purposes of Section 59.97, Wiscon-
<br />sin Statutes, Dane County, outside the limits of incorporated villages and
<br />cities, is hereby divided into districts, as follows:
<br />(a) R -1 Residence District.
<br />(b) R -2 Residence District.
<br />(c) R -3 Residence District.
<br />(d) R -4 Residence District.
<br />(e) RH -1 Rural Homes District.
<br />(f) RE -1 Recreational District.
<br />(g) B -1 Local Business District.
<br />(i) A -1 Agricultural District.
<br />(j) C -1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District.
<br />(k) C -2 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District.
<br />(m) M -1 Industrial District.
<br />10.03 DISTRICT LOCATION AND BOUNDARIES.
<br />The location and boundaries of such districts for each of the towns
<br />in Dane County, outside the limits of incorporated villages and cities, are
<br />hereby designated as follows:
<br />(1) TOWN OF ALBION.-
