SECTION 10.09; 10.10 <br />(2) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT <br />(a) The building height shall be the same as for the R- 1-Residence District. <br />(3) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION DENSITY REGULATIONS <br />(a) For unplatted lands where public sewer is not available: <br />1. The lot width and area shall be the same as for the R -1 Residence District. <br />(b) For areas where public sewer is available: - <br />1. The lot width and area shall be the same as for the R -1 Residence District. <br />(4) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS <br />(a) Setback from front lot line or highway right -of -way shall conform to the re- <br />quirements of Section 10.17. <br />(5) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS <br />(a) The minimum -side yards shall be the same as for the R -1 Residence District. <br />(6 ) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS <br />(a) The minimum rear yard shall be the same as for the R -1 Residence District. <br />10.10 RE--1 RECREATIONAL DISTRICT <br />(1) USES PERMITTED <br />(a) All uses permitted in the RH -1 District. <br />(b) Boat liveries and the sale of bait. <br />(c) Ski slides and toboggan slides. <br />(d) Recreational camps and facilities, tourist and trailer camps, campgrounds, con - <br />cession stands and other facilities necessary to serve the premises. Subject to <br />provisions of 10.25 (4) Application for Approval'of Site and Section 10.19 of <br />this ordinance. <br />(2) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT <br />(a) The building height limitations shall be the same -as for R -1 Residence District. <br />- 16 - <br />
