Commercial production of eggs, chicken hatcheries, commercial fattening of stock and poultry for market. 7. Slaughter houses, including the slaughtering of poultry, except as incidental to retail sale. 8. Dog kennels for the breeding, raising, sale or boarding of dogs, veterinary hospitals. 9. The sale or repair of any item which because of its size or bulk requires storage or display outside of a building. (e) Kiddie rides and similar amusement concessions; but not including amusement parks, roller skating rinks, shooting galleries, go -cart driving courses and race tracks. (f) Motels, hotels, taverns, service stations, funeral parlors and the drive -in type'of eating stands. Subject to provisions of 10.25 (4) Application for Approval of Site. (i) Office Buildings. (2 ) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT (a) For residential buildings, or buildings containing residential and business uses, the building height shall be the same as for the R -4 Residence District. (b) For business buildings, including offices, the maximum building height shall be four (4) stories. (3) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION DENSITY REGULATIONS (a) For buildings or sites to be used exclusively for business purposes, no min- imum lot width or area limitations. No such building shall occupy in - excess!of sixty (60) per cent of the area of an interior or corner lot. (b) Lots or building sites for residential purposes or for combined business and residential uses shall comply with the requirements of the R -4 Residence District.
