SECTION 10.11 <br />business conducted on the premises. <br />5. woodworking or machine shops, sheet metal or tin shops, furnace <br />works or the like. <br />6. Commercial production of eggs, chicken hatcheries, commercial <br />fattening of stock and poultry for market. <br />7. Slaughter houses, including the slaughtering of poultry, except as <br />incidental to retail sale. <br />8. Dog kennels for the breeding, raising, sale or boarding of dogs, <br />veterinary hospitals. <br />9. The sale or repair of any item which because of its size or bulk <br />requires storage or display outside of a building. <br />(e) Kiddie rides and similar amusement concessions; but not including amusement <br />parks, roller skating rinks, shooting galleries, go -cart driving courses and <br />race tracks. <br />(f) Motels, hotels, taverns, service stations, funeral parlors and the drive -in <br />type'of eating stands. Subject to provisions of 10.25 (4) Application for <br />Approval of Site. <br />(g) Any processing or treatment incidental to the conduct of a retail business <br />conducted on the premises such as grinding, mixing, packaging but not inr <br />cluding the manufacture of the article sold. <br />(h) Outdoor theaters, subject to 10.25(4) Application for Approval of site; <br />provided that the Zoning Committee, after a public hearing shall report to the <br />County Board with its recommendations. <br />(i) Office Buildings. <br />(2 ) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT <br />(a) For residential buildings, or buildings containing residential and business <br />uses, the building height shall be the same as for the R -4 Residence District. <br />(b) For business buildings, including offices, the maximum building height shall <br />be four (4) stories. <br />(3) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION DENSITY REGULATIONS <br />(a) For buildings or sites to be used exclusively for business purposes, no min- <br />imum lot width or area limitations. No such building shall occupy in - excess!of <br />sixty (60) per cent of the area of an interior or corner lot. <br />(b) Lots or building sites for residential purposes or for combined business and <br />residential uses shall comply with the requirements of the R -4 Residence District. <br />
