SECTION 10.15 ;10:155 <br />and tourist and trailer camps; provided, however, that accomodations may <br />be provided for watchmen and caretakers employed on the.premises and their <br />families. <br />(b) Any other use not in conflict with law, provided, however, that noxious or <br />hazardous uses be subject to the provisions of 10.25 (4), Application for <br />Approval of Site. <br />(2 ) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT <br />(a) None. <br />(3) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION DENSITY REGULATIONS <br />(a) No minimum area or lot width. The total ground floor area of all buildings <br />shall not exceed eighty (80) per cent of the area of any interior lot or <br />seventy (70) per cent of the area of a corner lot. <br />(4) SETBACK. REQUIREMENTS <br />(a) Setback from front lot line or highway right of way shall comply with the <br />provisions of Section 10.17. <br />(5) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS <br />(a) On interior lots no side yard required. On corner lots the side yard on the <br />side facing the side street shall comply with the provisions of Section 10.16 <br />(5) (b)• <br />(6 ) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS <br />(a) The minimum depth of any rear yard shall be ten (10) feet. <br />(7) OFF- STREET PARKING <br />(a) Off - street parking space shall be provided in accordance with the provisions <br />of Section 10.18. - <br />10.155 CO -1 CONSERVANCY DISTRICT <br />(1) USES PERMITTED <br />(a) Hunting, Fishing and trapping. <br />(b) Propagation and raising of game animals, foul and fish. <br />(c) Sustained yield forestry. <br />(d) The harvesting of any wild crops such as marsh hay, ferns, moss, berries, <br />tree fruits and tree seeds. <br />(e) Grazing. <br />- 26 - <br />
