SECTION 10.16; 10.19; 10.21) <br />(i) Funeral parlors and mortuaries shall provide one parking space for each <br />fifty (50) square feet of floor space devoted to parlors. <br />(j) Bowling alleys shall provide five (5) parking: spaces for each alley. <br />(k) Garages and service stations shall provide adequate parking space for <br />vehicles waiting to be serviced or repaired. <br />10.19 TOURIST AND TRAILER -CAMPS, RECREATIONAL CAMPS AND CAMPGROUNDS <br />(1) BOUNDARIES AND AREA <br />(a) When the minimum area or boundary requirements for uses as recited in the <br />title of this section are not established in this ordinance, or are less <br />restrictive than the applicable State of Wisconsin Administrative Code, the <br />State of Wisconsin Administrative Code shall prevail. <br />(2) LOCATION OF BUILDINGS AND TRAILERS <br />(a) When the location of buildings, trailers and other facilities for the uses <br />as recited in the title of this section are not established by this ordinance <br />or are less restrictive than the applicable State of Wisconsin Administrative <br />Code, then the State of Wisconsin Administrative Code shall prevail. <br />(3 ) HEALTH AND SANITARY REGULATIONS <br />(a) All such facilities shall comply with <br />covering registration, water.supply, <br />and the disposal of waste. <br />10.20 JUNK OR SALVAGE YARDS <br />(1) USE <br />the State of Wisconsin regulations <br />toilets, laundry and bathing facilities <br />(a) For purposes of this ordinance any premises or buildings used for or in <br />connection with the buying, sellin g, gathering, storing or shipping of old <br />iron, rags, paper or other waste or salvage material commonly included within <br />the term junk or salvage, or the wrecking of automobiles, trucks, tractors, <br />or other motor vehicles or machinery, shall be construed a junk or salvage yard. <br />(2) LOCATION AND BOUNDARIES <br />(a). No junk or salvage yard shall be located within two hundred (200) feet <br />of the boundary of a residential, rural homes or local business district, <br />and no operation in connection with such business shall be carried on <br />within one hundred fifty (150) feet of any street, road or highway. <br />(b) All junk and salvage yards shall meet the minimum standards for such yards <br />as provided in NR 51, State of Wisconsin Solid Waste Disposal Standards, <br />Department of Natural Resources, Division of Environmental Protection. <br />(3) LICENSE <br />(a) Before any premises may be used as a junk or salvage yard, the same shall <br />be licensed. Application for such license shall be made to the Zoning <br />Supervisor, setting forth the description of the premises to be licensed, <br />- 35 - <br />
