SECTION 10.16; 10.19; 10.21) (i) Funeral parlors and mortuaries shall provide one parking space for each fifty (50) square feet of floor space devoted to parlors. (j) Bowling alleys shall provide five (5) parking: spaces for each alley. (k) Garages and service stations shall provide adequate parking space for vehicles waiting to be serviced or repaired. 10.19 TOURIST AND TRAILER -CAMPS, RECREATIONAL CAMPS AND CAMPGROUNDS (1) BOUNDARIES AND AREA (a) When the minimum area or boundary requirements for uses as recited in the title of this section are not established in this ordinance, or are less restrictive than the applicable State of Wisconsin Administrative Code, the State of Wisconsin Administrative Code shall prevail. (2) LOCATION OF BUILDINGS AND TRAILERS (a) When the location of buildings, trailers and other facilities for the uses as recited in the title of this section are not established by this ordinance or are less restrictive than the applicable State of Wisconsin Administrative Code, then the State of Wisconsin Administrative Code shall prevail. (3 ) HEALTH AND SANITARY REGULATIONS (a) All such facilities shall comply with covering registration, water.supply, and the disposal of waste. 10.20 JUNK OR SALVAGE YARDS (1) USE the State of Wisconsin regulations toilets, laundry and bathing facilities (a) For purposes of this ordinance any premises or buildings used for or in connection with the buying, sellin g, gathering, storing or shipping of old iron, rags, paper or other waste or salvage material commonly included within the term junk or salvage, or the wrecking of automobiles, trucks, tractors, or other motor vehicles or machinery, shall be construed a junk or salvage yard. (2) LOCATION AND BOUNDARIES (a). No junk or salvage yard shall be located within two hundred (200) feet of the boundary of a residential, rural homes or local business district, and no operation in connection with such business shall be carried on within one hundred fifty (150) feet of any street, road or highway. (b) All junk and salvage yards shall meet the minimum standards for such yards as provided in NR 51, State of Wisconsin Solid Waste Disposal Standards, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Environmental Protection. (3) LICENSE (a) Before any premises may be used as a junk or salvage yard, the same shall be licensed. Application for such license shall be made to the Zoning Supervisor, setting forth the description of the premises to be licensed, - 35 -
