SECTION 10.44; 10.45; 10.46 <br />10.44 HOME OCCUPATION SIGNS <br />(1) Size of signs <br />(a) Home occupation signs shall not exceed 2 square feet in area. <br />(2) Location of signs <br />(a) Home occupation signs shall be attached to the residential building in which <br />a home occupation is permitted. Home occupation signs shall not be lighted <br />at night. . <br />(3) Permitted zoning districts <br />(a) R -1 Residence District <br />(b) R -2 Residence District <br />(c) R -3 Residence District <br />(d) R -3A Residence District <br />(e) R -4 Residence District <br />(f) RH -1 Residence District <br />(g). A -1 Agricultural District, <br />10.45 REAL ESTATE SIGNS <br />(1). Size of signs <br />(a) Real estate signs shall not exceed 12 square feet in area <br />(2) Location of signs <br />(a) Real estate signs shall be located on the,premises.which is offered for sale, <br />rent, lease or trade. <br />10.46 DEVELOPMENT SIGNS ` <br />(1) Size of signs <br />(a) Development signs shall not exceed 32 square feet in area. <br />(2) Location of signs <br />(a) For buildings under construction the sign shall be on the same premises as <br />the building under construction. <br />(b) For subdivisions in which lots are offered for sale one sign may be located <br />on each outer boundary of the subdivision. <br />(3) Removal of signs <br />(a) Building construction signs shall have been removed before a certificate-of <br />compliance shall be issued by the Zoning Supervisor. <br />(b) Subdivision signs shall be removed when more than 75% of the lots have been <br />sold. <br />(4) Permitted zoning districts <br />(a) All zoning districts <br />- 54 - <br />L\ <br />
