DEFINITIONS SECTION 10.01 . <br />excepting such alterations as may be.necessary for the safety of the building. <br />. (54) Tavern: A building or part of the building open to the public, where <br />fermented malt . beverages.and /or intoxicating liquors are sold atretail for <br />consumption on the premises. The following shall not. be considered a tavern: <br />a.restaurant. where such beverages are sold only at tables-andonly in conjunction <br />With meals; a club not open to the public where such beverages are sold in <br />conjunction with the operation of the club; premises where malt beverages are <br />sold by established organizations in conjunction with the operation of.a picnic, <br />fair or other amusement enterprise. <br />(55) Tourist Camp: An areo or premises on which are. located permanent <br />buildings, either single cabins.or buildings comprising two or more units under <br />one roof, together with accessory buildings, for temporary accomodation of <br />tourists., but not for. permanent occupancy except the owner.or occupant.of the - <br />premises or his employees. <br />(56) Trailer Camp: An area or premises on which is provided space for the <br />temporary accomodation of trailers for tourists, together with the necessary <br />accessory buildings, but not for permanent occupancy. <br />(57) Yard: A space on a lot'on which a building is situated, unoccupied <br />except as otherwise provided in this ordinance, open and unobstructed from the - <br />.ground to the sky. <br />(58) Yard, Rear: An open space, unoccupied except for accessory buildings, <br />extending from the rear line of the building to the rear lot line for'the entire <br />width of the lot. On lake shore or water front lots the grater front end of the <br />lot shall be deemed the rear end of the lot for the purpose of computing rear <br />yards and setback required by this ordinance. <br />(59) Yard, Side: A yard or open space on each side.of the main building <br />extending from the side wall of the building to the side lot line and from <br />the front lot line to -the rear yard. <br />7 <br />
