SECTION 10.19 TOURIST AND TRAILER CAMPS AND H)BILE HOMES PARKS SECTION 10.20 JUNK OR SALVAGE YARDS units and the side or rear lot line of the camp area shall be ten (10) feet and no such building or trailer shall be located within the setback area. Trailers shall be so parked as to provide ready exit from the camp without disturbing other units. (3) HEALTH AND SANITARY REGULATIONS. (a) All tourist and trailer camps shall comply fully with the state board of health regulations covering registration, water supply, toilets, laundry and bathing facilities and the disposal of waste. 10.20 JUNK OR SALVAGE YARDS (1) USE:. (a) For purposes of this ordinance any premises or buildings used for or in connection with the buying, selling, gathering, storing or shipping of old iron, rags, paper or other waste of salvage material commonly included within the term junk or salvage, or the wrecking of automobiles, trucks, tractors, or other motor vehicles or machinery, shall be construed a junk or salvage yard. (2) LOCATION AND BOUNDARIES (a) No ;rank or salvage yard shall be located within two hun &ed (200) feet of the boundary of a residential, rural homes or local business district, and no operation in connection with such business shall be carried on within one hundred fifty (150) feet of any street, road or highway. (b) Every such junk or salvage yard shall be surrounded by a suitable fence, not less than six (6) feet in height and having no openings more than two (2) inches in width except for necessary entrances and exits. All junk and salvage must be kept within such fence but not piled against it. Such fences shall at all times be kept in a proper state of repair. (3) LICENSE (a) Before any premises may be used as a junk or salvage yard, the same shall be licensed. Application for such license shall be made to the Zoning Supervisor' setting forth the description of the premises to be licensed, the nature of the business and the materials to be handled, the type of construction of any buildings to be used in connection with the business, the applicant's name or names, officers, if any, and address of each. The application for license shall be referred t6 the Zoning Committee, which shall within a reasonable time, hold a public hearing, notice of which shall be given by a class 2 notice under Chapter 985, Wisconsin Statutes. If, after such public hearing, the Zoning Committee shall find that all details of the premises and buildings are in conformity to the provisions of this ordinance, and the site 35
