SECTION 10.19 TOURIST AND TRAILER CAMPS AND H)BILE HOMES PARKS <br />SECTION 10.20 JUNK OR SALVAGE YARDS <br />units and the side or rear lot line of the camp area shall be ten (10) feet <br />and no such building or trailer shall be located within the setback area. <br />Trailers shall be so parked as to provide ready exit from the camp without <br />disturbing other units. <br />(3) HEALTH AND SANITARY REGULATIONS. <br />(a) All tourist and trailer camps shall comply fully with the state <br />board of health regulations covering registration, water supply, toilets, <br />laundry and bathing facilities and the disposal of waste. <br />10.20 JUNK OR SALVAGE YARDS <br />(1) USE:. <br />(a) For purposes of this ordinance any premises or buildings used for or <br />in connection with the buying, selling, gathering, storing or shipping of old <br />iron, rags, paper or other waste of salvage material commonly included within <br />the term junk or salvage, or the wrecking of automobiles, trucks, tractors, <br />or other motor vehicles or machinery, shall be construed a junk or salvage yard. <br />(2) LOCATION AND BOUNDARIES <br />(a) No ;rank or salvage yard shall be located within two hun &ed (200) feet <br />of the boundary of a residential, rural homes or local business district, <br />and no operation in connection with such business shall be carried on within <br />one hundred fifty (150) feet of any street, road or highway. <br />(b) Every such junk or salvage yard shall be surrounded by a suitable <br />fence, not less than six (6) feet in height and having no openings more than <br />two (2) inches in width except for necessary entrances and exits. All junk <br />and salvage must be kept within such fence but not piled against it. Such <br />fences shall at all times be kept in a proper state of repair. <br />(3) LICENSE <br />(a) Before any premises may be used as a junk or salvage yard, the same <br />shall be licensed. Application for such license shall be made to the Zoning <br />Supervisor' setting forth the description of the premises to be licensed, the <br />nature of the business and the materials to be handled, the type of construction <br />of any buildings to be used in connection with the business, the applicant's <br />name or names, officers, if any, and address of each. The application for <br />license shall be referred t6 the Zoning Committee, which shall within a <br />reasonable time, hold a public hearing, notice of which shall be given by a <br />class 2 notice under Chapter 985, Wisconsin Statutes. If, after such public <br />hearing, the Zoning Committee shall find that all details of the premises and <br />buildings are in conformity to the provisions of this ordinance, and the site <br />35 <br />
