Thirteen (13) new sections of the ordinance hereinabove to be <br />known, ndonumberedteras Secctions 1004 to loje,inclusive,,toesead as <br />follows: <br />10.04 RESTRICTIONS UPON LANDS, BUILDINGS AND STRUC- <br />TURES. <br />Except as otherwise herein provided: <br />(1) Use. No building or structure shall hereafter be erected, and <br />no existing building or structure shall be moved, altered, added to, or <br />enlarged, nor shall any land, building, struuctture or i any premises manner other <br />designed or intended to be used for any purpose, <br />wh haland, building or ordinance as <br />premises iseloc in the district in <br />located. <br />c <br />(2) Hei -ht. No building, structure or premises shall <br />be erected, occupied or used so as to provide a greater density of popula- <br />tion than is allowed by the terms of this ordnance for the district in which <br />such building, structure or premises is located. <br />(5) Oven Snace Limitations. No yard or other open space provided <br />about any building or structure for the purpose of complying with the <br />regulations of this ordnance shall be considered as providing yard or <br />open space for any other building or structure. No lot area shall be so <br />reduced or diminished that yards or other open spaces shall be smaller <br />than prescribed by this ordnance. <br />10.05 R -1 RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br />(1) Uses Permitted: <br />(a) Single family detached dwellings. <br />(b) Gardening. including truck gardens, nurseries and green houses, <br />but not including the raising or keeping of poultry, livestock or fur bearing <br />animals, including rabbits, except as o erase herein provided.
