This mortgage inspection has been prepared in accordance <br />with the requirements of Michael, and Patricia Filbrandt and under <br />an agreement between R.F. Sarko and Associates, Inc. and Michael <br />and Patricia Filbrandt which excludes this mortgage inspection <br />from all of the requirements of Section AE 5.01, Wisconsin <br />Administrative Code. . Therefore, all of the requirements of <br />Section AE 5.01 have not been complied with.
