This mortgage inspection has been prepared in accordance <br />with the requirements of the First American Title Insurance <br />Company of Mid - America and under an agreement between R.F. Sarko <br />and Associates, Inc. and the First American Title Insurance <br />Company of. Mid - America which excludes this mortgage inspection <br />from. all of the requirements of Section AE 5.01, Wisconsin <br />Administrative Code. Therefore, all of the -requirements of <br />Section AE 5.01 have not been complied with.
