This mortgage inspection has been prepared in accordance <br />with the requirements of the First American Title Insurance <br />Company of Mid - America and under an agreement between R.F. Sarko. <br />and Associates, Inc. and the First American Title Insurance <br />Company of Mid - America which excludes this mortgage inspection <br />from all of the requirements of Section AE 5.01, Wisconsin <br />Administrative Code.
