This mortgage inspection has been <br />prepared in accordance with the requirements of The Salvation <br />Army and under an agreement between R.F. Sarko and Associates, <br />Inc. and The Salvation Army which excludes this mortgage <br />inspection from all of the requirements of Section AE 5.01, <br />Wisconsin Administrative Code. Therefore, all of the require- <br />ments of Section AE 5.01 have not been complied with.
