This mortgage inspection has been prepared in accordance <br />with the requirements of the First American Title _Insurance <br />Company of Mid-America and under an agreement between R:F.`'Sarko <br />and Associates, Inc. and the First American Title Insurance <br />Company of Mid-America which excludes this mortgage inspection <br />from all of the requirements of Section AE 5.01, Wisconsin <br />Administrative Code. Therefore, all of the requirements of <br />Section AE 5.01 have not been complied with.
