This mortgage inspection has. been <br />prepared in accordance with the requirements of Dan Hyland and <br />under an agreement between R.F. Sarko and Associates, Inc. and <br />Dan Hyland which excludes this mortgage inspection from all of <br />the requirements of Section AE 5.01, Wisconsin Administrative <br />Code. Therefore, all of the requirements of Section AE 5.01 <br />have not been complied with.
