Schedule B <br />Compensation — REVISED 3/23/2009 <br />1) The Dane County Planning Division shall be paid on the basis of work completed for tasks identified <br />in schedule "A". The following are estimated costs for various project elements: <br />1. Public participation plan / alternatives / modifications $1,000 <br />2. Background data and statistics $3,600 <br />3. Map development $2,400 <br />4. Meeting preparation / facilitation (6 to 10 meetings total) $1,200 - $2,000 <br />5. Draft / final plan documents preparation / revisions $5,000 <br />6. Plan / map / document production costs (printing/copy/postage) $2,000 <br />7. Miscellaneous (e.g., survey development/tabulation) $2,000 <br />TOTAL: $17,200 - $18,000 <br />2) This contract for services shall not exceed a total of $18,000, and shall reflect the actual hourly <br />costs for planning and mapping services provided by various staff from the Dane County Planning <br />Division. The Planning Division shall submit payment invoices to the town on an annual a quarterly <br />basis for work completed on tasks identified in Schedule "A".
