Then the total fees would meet the cap for both this year and next year if four site reviews <br />were completed this year, and five site reviews were carried over to next year. The fifth site review <br />would be started in 2016 and completed in 2017 but would have to be split into two payments, $800 in <br />2016 and $750 in 2017 in order to meet the cap for both years. <br />Under this scenario, I would do the same level of due diligence that I've done previously, but make the <br />reports shorter and concise by briefly summarizing results and not getting into detailed explanations. <br />Documents to back up conclusions will be kept in my workfile and would be available for review if <br />someone asks. <br />Does this work for you? <br />Ben <br />B.
