and washer may be used for the corner location in conjunction with more <br />substantial witness monuments of 1-1/4 inch diameter rebar, 30 inches in <br />length or equivalent. The concrete set stems will be available, but not required. <br />In unprotected or unsafe areas, the corner location may be computed and <br />mathematically referenced with the approval of the Dane County Surveyor, in <br />conjunction with more substantial witness monuments of 1-1/4 inch diameter <br />rebar and 30 inches in length, or equivalent. All witness monuments are to be <br />placed within a reasonable distance to the section corner monument. As a ruse, <br />reasonable in this case is so that a surveyor could set up a transit or total <br />station and measure to all witness monuments form one set up. Corner <br />monuments will be provided. All witness or accessory monuments are to be <br />supplied by the vendor. <br />Where feasible, 1 inch wide, orange "Thin Line Posts" (TLP) will be set next to <br />all section corner monuments and witness monuments. Said TI -Ps and a driver <br />will be supplied to the selected vendor. TI -Ps should be set behind witness <br />monuments facing the section corner monument. <br />5.5 Deliverables <br />A Dane County Public Land Survey Monument Record for each corner <br />perpetuated and observed in conjunction with the requirements of A-E <br />7.08 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code. All Monument Records shall <br />include all specifications listed on the Monument Record Form. If a GPS <br />observation is not possible due an obstructed corner location, no <br />Orthometric Height is required. A monument record for a meander <br />corner shall include coordinate values and direction and distance to the <br />computed original corner location where records allow. The Monument <br />Record Form to be used is attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and will be <br />supplied to the selected vendor in .pdf or word file format. The finishes' <br />Monument Records shall be typed and sketches computer drafted to <br />avoid legibility issues. <br />A Section Summary Sheet for each section. Section Summary Sheets <br />shall include a spatial representation of the section boundaries and <br />section corners, a legend or description of monuments, NAD 83 (NSRS <br />2007) WISCRS Dane County Coordinates for each section corner <br />perpetuated and observed, distance and direction from corner to corner <br />along quarter section lines, and a north arrow. <br />A master map of all of the PLSS corners included in the contract area <br />including coordinates of each corner and the direction and distance from <br />each corner to the next along section and 1/4 section lines with all <br />section numbers labeled. <br />• A digital data or text file identifying each corner observed by the Dane <br />County corner identification number provided, including two observations <br />or measured coordinates in NAD 83 (NSRS 2007) WISCRS DANE <br />COUNTY COORDINATES in decimal form, to the nearest 0.01 feet, with <br />date, time, and method used to collect data indicated. File should also <br />RFP # 113105 <br />
