Timeline
• Project will initiate upon signed contract and will expire 150 days after the effective date of
the contract.
• PROVIDER will have 30 days to complete and return to test dataset to COUNTY
SCHEDULE B — Cost
PROVIDER shall be paid on the basis of work completed, when completed at the following
rates:
1. Geo -reference Imaged Files (GeoTIFF)
COST - $12.50 per image
2. Compression of Imaged Files (MrSID)
COST - $1.50 per image
3. Crop and Mosaic Each Image Series — COUNTY shall notify of the intent to
include this option within 90 days of the effective date of the contract.
COST - $9.00 per image
SCHEDULE C — Additional Considerations — File Naming Convention
The naming standards support efficient data management and easy identification of items such as
the geographic area of coverage and data format. The convention is to get the necessary
information about each layer by simply looking at the coverage name. For this project, each
image will receive a 10 character name. If an image falls in multiple geographic locations
(township, range, or section), the predominant location will be used. The naming system is as
follows:
Example: HtrrssyyD
Where
H = Historic Aerials — the original file type
t = township <5 - 9>
rr = 2 digit range <06 -12>
ss = 2 digit section <01- 36>
yy = year of the image <55, 57, 68, 76, or 87>
D = Specifies the coordinate system. It will always be D which represents the Dane County
projection available for WSCRS
Page 10 of 10
