Schedule B <br />Compensation <br />1) The Dane County Planning Division shall be paid on the basis of work completed for tasks identified <br />in schedule "A". The following are estimated costs for various project elements: <br />1. Standard map development <br />2. Custom mapping services for land use plan map <br />3. Survey design and production <br />4. Survey tabulation and report <br />5. Printing and postage for survey postcards <br />6. Hard copy surveys (incl. labels and postage) <br />7. Background data research <br />8. Background data chapter draft <br />9. Meeting 1: Background data, maps and survey <br />10. Meeting 2: ADU policy, TDR <br />11. Meeting 3: Commercial land use, conservation subdivisions <br />12. Drafting policy language <br />13. Meeting 4: Public Information Workshop <br />14. The Planning Division shall submit payment invoices to the town on a quarterly basis for <br />work completed on tasks identified in Schedule "A". If the Comprehensive Plan is completed in less <br />than twelve months, the town will be make one lump sum payment upon completion of the Town of <br />Oregon Comprehensive Plan. <br />Oregon contract schedules Last revised: 5/13/2019 <br />
