The <br />meeting will be held remotely. All persons <br />wishing to speak on an agenda item must <br />pre -register for the meeting. In order to <br />register, please call 608-266-9078 and <br />provide your name, 10 -digit phone <br />number, and petition number you would <br />like to address. Registrations will be taken <br />up to 30 minutes prior to the meeting. <br />Registrants will be contacted and be <br />provided full details on how to speak at <br />the remote meeting. If you would like to <br />obtain more details regarding an agenda <br />item, please call 608-266-9078 or you can <br />review the application at: https:/dane.legi- <br />star.com <br />egislation.aspx and enter the ordinance <br />amendment number in the legislative text <br />box. <br />Ordinance amendment 2020 OA -014 to <br />revise Chapter 17 Floodplain Zoning: <br />Official floodplain map Panel Numbers <br />55025C0194H, 55025CO357H and <br />55025C0376H, dated June 16, 2016, and <br />55025CO225G, dated January 2, 2009 <br />are hereby amended to include a <br />conditional letter of map revision flood- <br />plain analysis approved by the Wisconsin <br />Department of Natural Resources for <br />Brewery Creek in Sections 35 and 36, <br />Town of Berry. The proposed amendment <br />is intended to protect life, health and <br />property in floodplain areas and will be <br />used to govern uses permitted in mapped <br />floodplains.
