DESCRIPTION <br />Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, <br />Township 9 North, Range 8 East in the Town of Dane, Dane County, Wisconsin, <br />more fully described as follows: Commencing a the northeast corner of said <br />Section 3; thence South 1033127" West, 844.42 feet along the east line of <br />said Section 3 to the point of beginning of this description; thence North <br />87040130" West, 216.38 feet; thence South 89013120" West, 351.28 feet; <br />thence South 78032' West, 427.13 feet; thence South 67=261501' West, 324.15 <br />feet to an iron stake; thence continue South 67026150" West, 70 feet more <br />or less to the west line of said Northeast Quarter; thence southerly along <br />said west line 130 feet, more or less, to the southwest corner of said <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence easterly 1,330 feet more <br />or less, along the south line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter to the east line of said Section 3; thence North 103312711 East, <br />358.70 feet along the east line of said Section 3 to the point of beginning <br />of this description. <br />SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE <br />I, JAMES R. GROTHMAN, Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Wisconsin, <br />DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have inspected the above described property and <br />that I have mapped the property according to the official records and that <br />I have mapped the locations of all visible structures, the dimensions of <br />all principal buildings, roadways, apparent easements and visible <br />encroachments, if any. This mortgage inspection has been prepared in <br />accordance with the requirements of STATE BANK of LODI and under the <br />agreement between GROTHMAN & ASSOCIATES, S.C. and STATE BANK of LODI which <br />excludes this mortgage inspection from all of the requirements of Section <br />AE 7.01 Wisconsin Administrative Code. Therefore all of the requirements <br />of Section AE 7.01 have not been complied with. The mortgage inspection is <br />made for the exclusive use of STATE BANK of LODI and its insurees and for <br />the period of one year from date hereof and as to them I certify the <br />accuracy of said mortgage inspection as shown. <br />AMES R.
