This inspection is intended for \ <br />the client's information and is not warranted for <br />new construction or other purposes. <br />DESCRIPTION <br />All that part of fractional Southwest Quarter (SWI/4) of Section Thirty-six (36), Township <br />Eight (8) North, Range Nine (9) Last, in the Village of Maple Bluff, pane County, Wisconsin, <br />bounded and described as follows: Commencing at an iron stake in Northwest line of right of ray <br />of Madison Park and Pleasure Drive Association at a point thereon approximately 1223.0 feet <br />North of town line between towns of Westport and Madison, said point of cam ncementbeing <br />also North 48 degrees OS' 00' East 364.3 feet from Northeast corner of lands heretofore conveyed <br />by John Woodward Estate to Minnie S. Boissard and Elizabeth M. Adams; thence North 68 degrees <br />00100" hest 365.0 feet to low water line of Lake Mendota, said line passing through an iron stak. <br />5.0 feet from waters edge, said line being parallel to and 326.0 feet distant (perpendicularly) <br />from Northeast line of above mentioned lands of Minnie S. Boissard and Elizabeth A. Adams; th� <br />running Northeasterly along lar water line of Lake Mendota 88.0 feet; thence running South 68 <br />degrees 00100" East 316.5 feet through an iron stake 12.0 feet from waters edge to an iron <br />stake in Northwest line of above mentioned Pleasure Drive; thence South 28 degrees 46'00" West <br />70.3 feet along Northwest line of said Pleasure Drive to place of beginning. The above <br />described parcel of land is 70.0 feet in width measured on a line perpendicular to boundary <br />line of above described land, said boundary line being parallel to and 326.0 feet distant <br />(perpendicularly) from Northeast line of above mentioned lard of Minnie S.
