<br />Wisconsin, described more fully as follows. Beginning at a point on
<br />the East line of said Section 25 which. is 150 feet iiorth of the Aorth --
<br />east corner of the Recorded Plat of Lake Viev- Heights; thence North
<br />along said East line of Section 25 ana cent -er of highway 181.4 feet;
<br />thence Nest 300 feet parallel to the -North line of said Lake View. Heigh`
<br />Plat-; thence South 1811.4 feet parallel to said :Bast line; the4ce .east
<br />300 feet to the ?point of beginnings reserving therefrom the Rorth 30 feet

<br />The above described property is subject to the following restrictions:-
<br />1r No buildings shall be erected on the above described premises nearer
<br />that, twenty -five feet from the front lyre -, nor nearer than ten feet from

<br />erected on said premises shall at any time be used as a residence.
