(d) That for said period of twenty -five years no building, or any lot in said plat shall be used for other than residence purposes without written consent of the first party. (e) Thgt for said period of twenty -five years no buildings previously erected elsewhere shall be moved upon any lot in said plat. (f) No out building shall be constructed upon said plat without the written consent of the undersigned, as to its necessity and location. (g) No intoxicating liruors shall be sold on said premises for twenty -five years from July 1, 1933• This conveyance is further made subject to the zoning ordinance for Dane County.
