<br />described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the Northwest corner of

<br />recorded Dane County Registry in Volume 371 of Deeds, Page 424, as

<br />1. No building shall be erected on the said premises to be used

<br />2. The said premises shall not hereafter be conveyed to or owned
<br />or occupied by any person or persons who are wholly or partly of colored
<br />blood, or any person or persons who originated either from Italian,
<br />Sicilian or Greek source.
