<br />Southerly on the center-of said highway 100 7/10 feet; thence East 328 7/10
<br />feet to the point of beginning. The westerly 25 feet of said parcel is sub -I

<br />The above premises are subject to the following reservations and restriction

<br />2. For a period of twenty -five years from April 1, 1937, first parties shat
<br />have the right to require that plans for the exterior design of any building
<br />for structure to be erected upon said premises shall be submitted to and appr

<br />�3. For such period no building erected on said premises shall be used for other
<br />than residence purposes without the written consent of the first parties.
<br />4. Nor for such period shall any building previously erected elsewhere be
<br />moved upon said premises.
<br />5. Nor for such period -shall a dwelling house be constructed upon any part

<br />9. Nor for such period shall any cesspool or dry well be erected upon said
<br />premises vr.thin_ fifteen feet of the premises to the north or east of said

<br />10. Grent�ees� all- cooperate -in -tlie - planting of— tress and- shrubbery so as not
<br />to unreasonably obstruct the view of any residence that may now exist or be
<br />constructed in a southerly direction from the premises herein conveyed.
<br />11. No building shall be constructed nearer than fifteen feet to any lot line,
<br />12. Said premises are also subject to the lawful zoning restrictions enacted
<br />in Dane County.
