S. Highway <br />No. 12, 13 and 14, formerly part of rhich was Wesley Avenue; thence <br />along the South side of Capitol Drive on a bewaring South 71 deg. 0' .nest <br />221.2 feet to an iron pipe and tcz the beginning point of this description; <br />thence on a bearing South 16 deg. 58' East 161 feet; thence North 71 deb. <br />East along a line parallel with the South line of Capitol Drive 210 feet; <br />thence North 16 deg. 58' west 161 feet to the South line of Capitol <br />Drive; thence along the South line of Capitol Drive on a bearing; South <br />71 deg. 0' West 210 feet to the point of beginning. <br />The grantors reserve an easement for the installation and maintenance <br />of sewer, water or other public utility mains or connections across said <br />lot at a location not in excess of 5 feet in width to be designated by <br />the grantees, with the understanding, however, that any such installation <br />shall be at least 3 feet below the then existing surface level of the <br />ground.
