This mortgage inspection has been prepared in accordance <br />with the requirements of the Sears Mortgage Corporation and under <br />an agreement between R.F. Sarko and Associates, Inc. and the <br />Sears Mortgage Corporation which excludes this mortgage inspec- <br />tion from all of the requirements of Section AE 5.01, Wisconsin <br />Administrative Code. Therefore, all of the requirements of <br />Section AE 5.01 have not been complied with.
