This mortgage inspection has been <br />prepared in accordance with the requirements of The Bank of <br />Middleton and under an agreement between R.F. Sarko and <br />Associates, Inc. and The Bank of Middleton which excludes this <br />mortgage inspection from all of the requirements of Section AE <br />5.01, Wisconsin Administrative Code.
