This mortgage inspection has been <br />prepared in accordance with the requirements of Wisconsin Land <br />Title Corporation and under an agreement between R.F. Sarko <br />and Associates, Inc. and Wisconsin Land Title Corporation <br />which excludes this mortgage inspection from all of the <br />requirements of Section AE 5.011 Wisconsin Administrative <br />Code. Therefore, all of the requirements of Section AE 5.01 <br />have not been complied with.
