This mortgage inspection has been <br />prepared in accordance with the requirements of The Lomas and <br />Nettleton Company and under an agreement between R.F. Sarko <br />and Associates, Inc. and The Lomas and Nettleton Company which <br />excludes this mortgage inspection from all of the requirements <br />of Section AE 5.01, Wisconsin Administrative Code. Therefore, <br />all of the requirements of Section AE 5.01 have not been <br />complied with.
