<br />THIS INDENTURE made this day of April, 1947, between
<br />JOHN C. MUMER and JAIME M. WARNER, his wife; FREDERIC E. RISSER
<br />and ELIZABETH W. RISSER, individually and as the wife of Frederic
<br />E. Risser, parties of the first part, and the ROBERT MERRILL
<br />COMPANY, a Wisconsin corporation, party of the second part,

<br />That the said parties of the first part, for and in consid-
<br />eration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valu-
<br />able considerations, to them, in hand paid by the said party of
<br />the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
<br />acknowledged, have givens granted, bargained, sold, remised, re-
<br />leased, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do
<br />give, grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, alien, convey and
<br />confirm unto the said party of the second part, its successors and
<br />assigns forever, the following described real estate situated in
