This mortgage inspection has been prepared in accordance <br />with the requirements of the Sears Mortgage Corporation and under <br />an agreement between R.F. Sarko and Associates, Inc. and the <br />Sears Mortgage Corporation which excludes this mortgage inspec- <br />tion from all of the requirements of Section AE 7, per Section AE <br />7.01(2), Wisconsin Administrative Code, and therefore, this <br />mortgage inspection may not comply with all of the requirements <br />of Section AE 7.
