Sarko, Registered Land Surveyor in the State of <br />Wisconsin, do hereby certify that I have inspected the above <br />described property and that I have mapped the property according <br />to the official records and that I have mapped the locations of <br />all visible structures, the dimensions of all principal build- <br />ings, roadways, apparent easements and visible encroachments, if <br />any. This mortgage inspection has been prepared in accordance <br />with the requirements of Residential Mortgage Corporation and <br />under an agreement between R.F. Sarko and Associates, Inc. and <br />Residential Mortgage Corporation which excludes this mortgage <br />inspection from all of the requirements of Section AE 7; per <br />Section AE 7.01(2), Wisconsin Administrative Code, and therefore, <br />this mortgage inspection may not comply with all of the require- <br />ments of Section AE 7. This mortgage inspection is made for the <br />exclusive use of the present owners of 'the property and also <br />those who purchase, mortgage or guarantee the title thereto <br />within one year from date hereof and as to them we certify the <br />accuracy of said mortgage inspection as shown." <br />Dated this 7th day of October, 1987. <br />Roland F.
