<br />�I.-This conveyance is made upon the following empress restrictions

<br />occupy the said premises.

<br />where, shall ever be moved unto the above described premises.

<br />veyed until the exterior plans thereof have been submitted to and
<br />approved in writing by, Charles N. Shepard, or his heirs, executors,
<br />administrators or assignes.
<br />These restrictions and reservations shall run with the land
<br />and be a part of the consideration herefor.
<br />By the acceptance, the Grantee, assumes all special assessments
<br />which come due during the current year and any future special
<br />assessments.
