This mortgage inspection survey has been prepared in accordance with the requirements' of The Park Bank, Inc., and under an agreement between the Landmark Survey Group, Inc. and The Park Bank, Inc. which excludes'this mortgage inspection survey from all of the requirements of Chapter A-E 7 , Wisconsin Administrative Code; therefore, all of the requirements of Chap- ter A-E 7 have not been complied with.
