This mortgage inspection has been prepared in accordance <br />with the requirements of the First American Title Insurance <br />Company of Mid-America and under an agreement between R.F. Sarko <br />and Associates, Inc. and the First American Title Insurance <br />Company of Mid-America which excludes this mortgage inspection <br />from all of the requirements of Section AE 7, per Section AE <br />7.01(2), Wisconsin Administrative Code, and therefore, this <br />mortgage inspection may not comply with all of the requirements <br />of Section AE 7.
