This mortgage inspection has been <br />prepared in accordance with the requirements of Valley Bank <br />Downtown and under an agreement between R.F. Sarko and As- <br />sociates, Inc. and Valley Bank Downtown which excludes this <br />mortgage inspection from -all of the requirements of Section AE <br />7, per Section AE 7.01(2), Wisconsin Administrative Code, and <br />therefore, this mortgage inspection may not comply with all of <br />the requirements of Section AE 7.
