This mortgage inspection has <br />been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Anchor <br />Savings and Loan and under an agreement between R.F. Sarko <br />and Associates, Inc. and Anchor Savings and Loan which <br />excludes this mortgage inspection from all of the require- <br />ments of Section AE 7, per Section AE 7.01(2), Wisconsin <br />Administrative Code, and therefore, this mortgage inspection <br />may not comply with all of the requirements of Section AE <br />7.
