This reference point is at the Southeast Corner of <br />the Hazel Colladay Evans property of present date and is at <br />the highwater mark on the Westerly shore of Lake Kegonsa. <br />The point is marked by an iron stake - the said stake is <br />directly West of the point. <br />Commence at a point located by going from this reference <br />point 53.29 feet S 690 W; thence due North for 180.00 feet; <br />thence N 74051' E for 20.70 feet; this beginning point is <br />marked by an iron stake. <br />From this point go S 74051' W for 20.70 feet to a point <br />marked by an iron stake; thence continue S 74051' W for <br />178.84 feet to a point marked by an iron stake; thence go N <br />14009' W for 79.00 feet to a point marked by an iron stake; <br />thence'go N 78040' E for 195.00 feet to a point marked by an <br />iron stake; this point is 68.54 feet due North of the iron <br />stake marking the terminus of the first 20.70 foot course <br />and is also 248.54 feet due North of the terminus of the <br />first course of 53.29 feet which we used in locating the <br />beginning point for this survey; thence continue N 78040 E <br />for 11.00 feet to a point marked by an iron stake on the <br />highwater mark of the shore of Lake Kegonsa; thence go S <br />08°30' E for 65.60 feet to the place of beginning.
