This mortgage inspection has been <br />prepared in accordance with the requirements of Valley Bank <br />Middleton and under an agreement between R -.F. Sarko and <br />Associates, Inc. and Valley Bank Middleton which excludes this <br />mortgage inspection from all of the requirements of Section AE <br />7, per Section AE 7.01(2), Wisconsin Administrative Code, and <br />therefore, this mortgage inspection may not comply with all of <br />the requirements of Section AE -7.
