This- mortgage inspection' has been <br />prepared in accordance with the requirements of Cathy Stevens <br />and under an agreement between R. F. Sarko and' Associates, <br />-Inc. and Cathy Stevens which excludes this mortgage inspection <br />from all of the requirements of Section AE 7, per Section AE <br />7.01(2), Wisconsin Administrative Code, and therefore,., -this <br />mortgage inspection may 'not comply with all of the require— <br />ments of Section AE 7.
