<br />prepared in accordance with the requirements of Nancy McChes-
<br />ney and under an agreement between R.F. Sarko and Associates,
<br />Inc. and Nancy McChesney which excludes this mortgage inspec-
<br />tion from all of the requirements of Section AE 7, per Section
<br />AE 7.01(2), Wisconsin Administrative Code, and therefore, this
<br />mortgage inspection may not comply with all of the require-
<br />ments of Section AE 7. This mortgage inspection is made for
<br />the exclusive use of the present owners of the property and
<br />also those who purchase, mortgage or guarantee the title
<br />thereto within one year from date hereof and .as to them we
