This mortgage inspection has <br />been prepared in accordance with the requirements of First <br />Federal Savings Bank and under an agreement between <br />R.F. Sarko and Associates, Inc. and First Federal Savings <br />Bank which excludes this mortgage inspection from all of the <br />requirements of Section AE 7, per Section AE 7.01(2), <br />Wisconsin Administrative Code, and therefore, this mortgage <br />inspection may not comply with all of the requirements of <br />Section AE 7.
