Sarko and Associates, Inc. <br />Land Surveyors <br />2919 University Avenue <br />Madison, Wisconsin 53705 <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY INSPECTED: <br />Part of Outlot B, Waucheeta, a plat of record, located in the <br />NE 1/4 of Section 5, T6N, R10E, Town of Dunn, Dane County, <br />Wisconsin, being more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of the above mentioned <br />Outlot B; thence S 78057' E along the North line of said <br />Outlot B, 374.00 feet to a point on.the East line of a lagoon <br />which lies in a Northerly and Southerly direction, said point <br />being the point of beginning of this description; thence <br />Southerly along Easterly line of said lagoon, 50.00 feet; <br />thence Easterly on a line parallel to the North line of said <br />Outlot 3 to the water's.edge of Lake Waubesa; thence Northerly <br />along said shore line 50.00 feet to the North line of Outlot <br />B; thence N 78°57' W along the said North line, 149 feet more <br />or less to the point of beginning, except the West 25.00 feet <br />of the above described property which is reserved for a <br />driveway to be used in common with the other owners of <br />property fronting on the lakeshore and Southerly from the <br />property herein described; together with the right to use the <br />lagoon of said Outlot B. <br />ADDRESS OF PROPERTY INSPECTED: <br />4332 McConnell Street <br />Madison, Wisconsin <br />INSPECTED FOR: <br />Bob Suter <br />4332 McConnell Street <br />Madison, Wisconsin 53711 <br />CERTIFICATE: <br />"I, Mark Kupsch, Registered Land Surveyor in the State of <br />Wisconsin, do hereby certify that I have inspected the above <br />described property and that I have mapped the property <br />according to the official records and that I have mapped the <br />locations of all visible structures, the dimensions of all <br />principal buildings, roadways, apparent easements and visible <br />encroachments, if any. This mortgage inspection has been <br />prepared in accordance with the requirements of Bob Suter and <br />under an agreement between R.F. Sarko and Associates, Inc. and <br />Bob Suter which excludes this mortgage inspection from all of <br />the requirements of Section AE 7, per Section AE 7.01(2), <br />Wisconsin Administrative Code, and therefore, this mortgage <br />inspection may not comply with all of the requirements of <br />Section AE 7.
