DESCRIPTION <br />Part of US Government Lot 2 being fractional West half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Town 9 <br />North, Range 6 East, Town of Mazomanie, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the point of intersection of the center line of County Trunk Highway Y and the East line of <br />said Government Lot 2; thence South 290 feet along the East line of said Government Lot 2; thence West <br />150 feet parallel to the South line of said Government Lot 2; thence North parallel with the East line of said <br />Government Lot 2, a distance of approximately 290 feet to the center line of County Trunk Highway Y; <br />thence Easterly along the center line of County Trunk Highway Y to the point of beginning of this <br />description. <br />SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE <br />I, JAMES R. GROTHMAN, Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Wisconsin, DO HEREBY CERTIFY <br />that I have inspected the above described property and that I have mapped the property according to the <br />official records and that I have mapped the locations of all visible structures, the dimensions of all principal <br />buildings, roadways, apparent easements and visible encroachments, if any. This mortgage inspection <br />has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of ERA Heffron & Associates, Inc. and under <br />the agreement between GROTHMAN & ASSOCIATES, S.C. and ERA Heffron & Associates, Inc. which <br />provides that this mortgage inspection complies with all of the requirements of Section AE 7.01 Wisconsin <br />Administrative Code. Therefore all of the requirements of Section AE 7.01 have been complied with. The <br />mortgage inspection is made for the exclusive use of ERA Heffron & Associates, Inc. and its insurees <br />and for the period of one year from date hereof and as to them I certify the accuracy of said mortgage <br />inspection as shown. <br />(No Title Commitment was issued to us by client) <br />IES R.
