<br />of Wisconsin, do hereby certify that I have inspected, surveyed,
<br />and mapped the above described property according to the official
<br />records and that I have determined and shown the locations of all
<br />visible structures, the dimensions of all principal buildings,
<br />roadways, apparent and recorded easements, and visible encroach-
<br />ments, if any. This mortgage inspection survey has been prepared
<br />in accordance with the requirements of The Park Bank, Inc. ,
<br />Inc., and under an agreement between The Landmark Survey Group,
<br />Inc, and The Park Bank, Inc. which excludes this mort-
<br />gage inspection survey from all of the requirements of Chapter
<br />A-E 7 , Wisconsin Administrative Code; therefore, all of the
<br />requirements of Chapter A-E 7 have not been complied with.
<br />This mortgage inspection survey has been made for the exclusive
<br />use of the present owners of the described property and also for
<br />those who purchase, mortgage, or guarantee the title thereto
<br />within one year from the date hereof and to them we certify the
<br />accuracy of the attached plat and the survey upon which it is
<br />based.
